With its abundant space and multi-level construction, 12 Bellemont is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups of up to twenty-one friends and is ideal for multiple families.

Gracing the main level of 12 Bellemont is an expansive Great Room offering an inviting atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining. Vaulted custom wood ceilings rise over designer furnishings in the comfortable living that features a magnificent stone fireplace and large windows that bring the beauty of the surrounding mountains right into the living space. Granite countertops cover a large breakfast bar with seating for five in the gourmet kitchen that boasts upscale appliances and is open to the living room as well as the adjacent dining area with seating for up to ten guests. Also on the main level, the family room is a cozy space with a comfortable sitting area, flat screen television, and a fireplace.

Step downstairs in 12 Bellemont Home to find a collection of amenities that will enhance the Deer Valley experience. On this lower level guests can enjoy a game of pool in the billiards room, which includes a sofa and bar area, hit the weights in the fitness room, or relax in the outdoor private hot tub. Each of the five bedrooms that are spread throughout the residence includes a television and DVD player. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and feature access to the deck and a private bathroom, one is the master suite that has a fireplace and jetted tub plus a glass stall shower in the bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms offers Two Queen beds, one is equipped with Two Double beds, and the final bedroom has a Twin Bunk bed plus a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Double on the bottom. Additional sleeping space is provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
