Occupying the main level of this massive residence is an expansive Great Room filled with designer furnishings forming an ideal space for the entire group of up to sixteen guests to entertain. Slightly raised above the living room and adjacent to the stone fireplace is a beautifully furnished dining area that seats up to ten. A gourmet kitchen with large breakfast bar covered in granite is open to the living and next to a second dining area. Panoramic views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed through oversized windows from all vantage points throughout the Great Room as well as from the wrap-around deck.

An abundance of fun amenities are offered at 2 Northside where everyone in the group will experience the most enjoyable vacation. The lower level family room is comfortably appointed with designer furnishings set in front of a stone fireplace and drop-down theater screen that the kids will love on movie night and the adults will appreciate for game day. The fun does not need to end after a long on the Deer Valley slopes as 2 Northside features a pool table, shuffle board table and game table in the family room, a kids game room with arcade games, DVD's, and bean bag chairs as well as exercise equipment in a den which is also furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. For guest convenience, a full wet bar is also located in the family room. A private hot tub is located on the patio just off of the Hawkeye Ski Run.

Perfectly designed for multiple families or large groups of friends with couples, 2 Northside includes two Master Suites equipped with King beds, gas fireplaces, and including private bathrooms with jetted tubs. Guest bedrooms are spread throughout the residence and offer a wide variety of bedding options. One of the guest rooms is furnished with Two Twin beds, another includes a Queen bed, and the third is equipped with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and a Queen on the bottom plus a Twin Bunk.
