Just off of the living room is an open dining area with seating for ten and access to the deck which holds a private hot tub. An adjacent gourmet kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances including double ovens, a large island with granite countertops that seats four, and custom cabinetry. Rounding off the main level is a full bathroom and bedroom equipped with a television and a Queen bed.

Up a half level from the Great Room is a large master suite featuring a King bed, gas fireplace, HDTV with DVD and private bathroom boasting a jetted tub and oversized steam shower. A second master suite with King bed HDTV and private bathroom with shower is located a full flight above the Great Room. Finishing off this upper level is a bedroom with Two Twin beds, television and private bathroom with shower.

Designed for entertaining, the lower level of 3035 Snow Cloud Circle boasts a comfortably furnished family room featuring a stone fireplace and television entertainment system. Off of the family room is a wet bar with sink, refrigerator and ice machine plus a pool table. Two bedrooms join the family room on the lower level. The bunk room equipped with a Twin Bunk bed, Queen Sofa Sleeper and television is perfect for the kids. Sharing a bathroom with the bunk room, the second lower level bedroom offers a Queen bed.
