Fully equipped condominiums boast an open floor plan with a living room featuring a fireplace or stove, dining area, and kitchen. These comfortably appointed vacation rentals offer quality accommodations, a spacious layout, and a location that is convenient to all of the Copper Mountain attractions.

Guests staying in the American Neighborhood buildings enjoy access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club, a multi-service facility featuring a 25-yard, four-lane swimming pool, hot tubs, a weight room, cardiovascular center, a Spa offering massage and facials, ball courts, a large co-ed hot tub, male and female only hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas.

4 Star Rating:

• These units may require minor improvements or upgrades, but overall are in excellent condition

• Flat-panel television in the Living Room accompanied by a DVD player
• All bedrooms have a television and DVD player
• A stereo or docking station
• Appliances are newer and include fridge with internal ice maker
