Just off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 guests that sits adjacent to a large kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The wrap-around deck on this level is equipped with outdoor furnishings while the deck on the lower level offers a private hot tub, both decks provide close-ups of Park City and the Wasatch Valley with mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit or grill up on the barbecue in the gazebo, your time at Bella Vista Estate will be spent making lifetime vacation memories.

Ideally designed for multiple families, the first level is a complete apartment with a separate entrance, wrap-around deck, full kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two sets of Captain's Bunks that have Twins on the top and Queens on the bottom. Hours of entertainment are certain to be enjoyed in the loft game room outfitted with a pool table, foosball table, and sitting area with a flatscreen television and Futon. For those needing to get a little work done while on vacation, there is a fully furnished executive office (printer/scanner/copier, color monitor, supplies).

In addition to the two apartment bedrooms, five bedrooms are spread over the two upper levels of the home. Located off of the living area on the main level, the primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, includes access to the deck, and boasts a private bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Four guest bedrooms on the upper level share a hall bathroom, three are appointed with Queen beds while the fourth has two Queen beds.

Adventures abound at Bella Vista Estate! Go cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, and more on the property’s 11 acres. Plus, the estate is within walking distance to a large network of hiking and biking trails. The kids will love the outdoor playground set.
