Stretching down the hillside with the Snowmass ski trails just steps away, Deer Ridge Estate provides an opulent and convenient base for the most enjoyable mountain vacation experience. Comprised of 6 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms and over 5,250 square feet of contemporary living space, this mountain retreat offers all of the comforts of home with breathtaking views and designer appointments to please the most discriminating travelers in your group of up to 16 guests.

Framed by massive walls of windows that bring the spectacular mountain landscapes right into the home, the multiple living areas of Deer Ridge Estate feature comfortable furnishings, a mix of gas and wood-burning fireplaces, and high-end entertainment systems. Two living areas, a media room with a theater screen, an office nook, and several patios areas provide a variety of spaces for relaxing and entertaining.

Set under two story ceilings, the main level is an entertainer's dream, with a formal living room that includes 86" TV and wood burning fireplace, open kitchen finished in quartz counter tops and equipped with Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances, and an additional sitting area off the kitchen with gas fireplace and 65" TV. Equipped with a 156" movie screen and Dolby sound system, the lower level media room is the ideal place to catch a game or for movie night. There are built in speakers throughout all indoor and outdoor areas of home, all controlled by a Sonos sound system.

Furnished with a King bed and framed by a wall of windows, the master suite features vaulted ceilings, access to the patio holding the private hot tub, and a gas fireplace as well as a large private bathroom complete with a steam shower and large stand alone soaking tub. Three of the guest bedrooms are equipped with King beds, one of which can be split into Two Twin beds, and private bathrooms. Ideal for the kids, one guest bedroom has two bunk beds, one with a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom, the other has Two Twins, plus a private bathroom. The remaining bedroom includes two Queen beds and a private bathroom.

Three car garage and ski lockers are available for all your storage needs. For ski access, walk out the front door, cross the street and you’re on a private ski-run that brings you to the Funnel run and the mid-way station of the Elk Camp Gondola. You can ski back to the house via Eddy Out trail followed by a 100 yard flat walk.
