Utilizing a mix of natural elements that includes stone, tile, wood, and glass, the interior construction of Flight of the Rooster creates a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. Breathtaking mountain views form the backdrop for the main level Great Room whose wall of windows looks out upon the surrounding mountain ranges as well as the Jordanelle Reservoir below. Quality furnishing in the living room are centered on a magnificent stone fireplace and open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Overlooking the living room, the gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and cooking hearth that peers through to the dining area. Above the Great Room is a loft area where guests will find a pool table and television. Like two homes in one, the lower level features a second living room with a sitting area focused on a stone fireplace and television as well as a second full kitchen located in the caretaker's apartment.

At over 8,925 square feet with eight bedrooms spread over multiple levels, Flight of the Rooster is well equipped to comfortably accommodate multiple families or groups of up to twenty friends. All bedrooms include private bathrooms, several also offer a fireplace, sitting area, and deck access right in the room. Two master suites are furnished with King beds, four of the guest bedrooms are equipped with Full beds, there are Two Twins in another guest bedroom, and the Bunk room offers a Full-size Bunk bed.
