An adjacent dining area seats up to eight and is just off of the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the lower level a large family room with fireplace and pit sofa set in front of a large screen television offers a second living space for the kids to watch a movie or the adults to catch a game. There is also a pool table located on this level as well as access to the private hot tub in the back of the home.

Three of the five bedrooms in the main home are furnished with King beds including the master suite which also features a fireplace and private bathroom with jetted tub. The second master also offers a private bathroom and jetted tub. One of the remaining bedrooms in the main residence is equipped with Two Twins while the other is a bunkroom with Two Twin Bunk beds. Equipped with a King bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa, the separate apartment boasts a living room and small kitchen.
