Centered on a bright and open living room with comfortable furnishings and a river rock fireplace, the main level Great Room is an expansive space designed for entertaining. Log accents, custom wood work, and stone finishes add a rustic feel to the Great Room with vaulted ceilings allowing for large windows and exposed beams. Featuring a river rock accented breakfast bar with seating for three, the adjacent kitchen includes upscale appliances and granite countertops. Access to the large rear deck is just off of the living room as well as the adjoining dining area that can accommodate twelve guests. Another dining nook is located next to the large dining table and a small sitting area is above the living room in the loft. On the lower level of Knoll Home there is a large family room with a comfortably furnished sitting area, projector large screen theater, game table, and access to the private hot tub on the back deck as well as the trail leading to the ski slopes.

Throughout the multiple levels of the Knoll Home, six bedrooms provide ample space for thirteen guests with bedding that lends itself to multiple families or large groups of friends with couples and singles. Two massive master suites are furnished with King beds, include a gas fireplace, private bathroom with jetted tub and stall shower, and one features a large office. Two guest bedrooms are equipped with Two Twin beds in each and one also has another Twin Trundle bed, another offers a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle to sleep up to 2, and the final bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed.
