Snuggled up against the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe on 19 acres of serene, wooded grounds, the Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort offers a great variety of condominium and townhome accommodations with exceptional vacation amenities. From this preferred location with the slopes of the Heavenly Ski Resort just minutes away, the Lakeland Village guests enjoy the convenience of vacationing close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. This winter wonderland includes an array of outstanding amenities that includes a large clubhouse with several hot tubs, outdoor heated swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, and grilling area.

Accommodations at the Lakeland Village consist of fully equipped townhomes ranging in size from one to five bedroom as well as studio, studio plus loft, one bedroom, and one bedroom plus condominiums in the main lodge building. Townhomes are divided into three categories that include Lakefront Townhomes & Lakeview Townhomes nestled along the shores of Lake Tahoe and just off of the coastline, and Pinegrove Townhomes which do not offer a lake view but are a short walk from the beachfront.

All of the townhomes are multi-level and spacious. Each unit is individually decorated and furnished with quality appointments. While the floorplans vary, units typically feature an open layout on the main level with a full kitchen and breakfast bar, living room with fireplace, dining area, and balcony.

Bedrooms are well distributed throughout the multiple levels affording an added level of privacy for some of the bedrooms and offering a wide variety of bedding options. Condominium units are located within the main lodge building where the bulk of the property's amenities can be enjoyed by all guests staying at the Lakeland Village. Ideal for groups and multiple families who want the privacy of individual units that are close together, the lodge suites include studios and one bedroom condominiums with and without lofts. These lodging options are fully equipped with a living room that includes a fireplace, a full kitchen, dining area, and private balcony.
