Offering five bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms, this luxurious estate can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in its 4,500 square foot design. On the home’s main level, the living room boasts gorgeous wood beam adorned ceilings with cozy sofas centered on a large stone gas fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase jaw-dropping views of the San Sophia Range. Across the great room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a wine fridge. A breakfast bar boasts high-top seating for six while the adjacent dining area features a large table that can accommodate up to eight guests. Glass doors lead to an expansive deck offering a gas grill, seating and a private hot tub, which stretches along the entire north side of the home showcasing the complete San Sophia Range as well as the Telluride Ski Resort. After an exciting day on the slopes or taking in the sights, you and your guests will adore the unique media room which features oversized picture windows that expose astonishing views of the Wilson Range and slopes of Telluride. Gaze at the scenery while lounging on plush leather sofas that center on a large, flat screen 3D television with Blu-ray player. A wet bar with a sink and mini fridge assures your guests will be satiated without having to be inconvenienced in any way. Lodge on the Point also boasts a generous laundry room offering a front-loading washer and dryer, granite countertops and a sink.

There are five spacious and beautifully decorated guest rooms on the property ensuring a good night’s rest for every vacationer. The master bedroom is perched on the upper level and features a comfortable seating area, private gas fireplace, large flat screen television and a luxurious private bathroom with a deep jetted tub and spectacular scenery. An identical guest master sits directly underneath on the main level with the same exquisite amenities. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main level and share a bathroom with a steam shower and dual vanities; one has a stunning view of the Telluride Airport while the other features direct access to the deck.
