Featuring beautiful furnishings and fine appointments throughout its multiple levels, Park Ave 1359 Residence offers quality and amenities to please the most discriminating Park City traveler. Vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring create a warm and open atmosphere in the main living area which includes designer furnishings set in front of a stone-framed fireplace and flat screen television. An open layout that includes the living room, dining area with seating for ten and gourmet kitchen creates an inviting space for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, upscale appliances and granite countertops.

Four bedrooms that include two master suites offer a variety of bedding to accommodate groups of up to twelve guests. Both of the master suites are equipped private bathrooms, one is furnished with a King bed and offers a private balcony while the second suite includes a Queen bed. There is a second bedroom with a Queen bed and the Bunk Room includes Two Twin Bunk beds. For additional bedding there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Double Airbed. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the private outdoor hot tub or around the fire pit while reflecting on the fun experienced in Park City.
