Comfortable furnishings adorn the large living area which includes access to one of the decks while access to the second deck where the private hot tub resides is just down the hall. Also on the main level is a family room with a comfortable sitting area, large screen television and wet bar. Warmly decorated, the dining area is equipped with seating for up to ten guests and is just off of the spacious kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops.

With a great variety of bedding options, the Pinon residence is ideally equipped for large groups with singles or families with kids. On the upper level is a master suite with a King bed, private deck and private bathroom with a jetted tub plus a steam shower. Three guest bedrooms are located on the lower level along with the laundry room. Two of the lower level bedrooms feature a Queen bed plus a Twin bunk bed, one is also equipped with a private bathroom. The final guest bedroom offers a King bed, access to the patio and a private bathroom.
