On the second and main level of the home, huge vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and open living room space to gather after a day on the slopes. A plush sectional sofa and leather club chair are centered on a custom stone fireplace and a large flat screen television. Across this generous space, a chef’s dream of a kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances and is stocked with every culinary essential you can imagine including a gorgeous island with a breakfast bar boasting four chairs. In the neighboring dining area, a long table can accommodate up to 10 guests while glass doors in both the living room and dining area lead to a massive 1,700 square foot deck featuring several seating areas and incredible views of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. Down on the lower level, a relaxing family room boasts a cozy sofa and ottomans, an additional fireplace and a large flat screen television. There is also a convenient full wet bar along with access to a covered patio where guests can unwind in the outdoor hot tub while gazing at awe-inspiring alpine scenery. Also on this level, a sauna and media room with an oversized sofa and ping pong table, provide additional space for your party to congregate and enjoy each other’s company. As if that wasn’t enough recreational space, there is one more living area up on the third floor as part of a guest suite, that offers a plush sofa and chairs, a fireplace and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and small dining table.

Eight beautifully designed bedrooms are spread across Quintessential Deer Valley Estate’s three spacious levels, featuring rich wood details, lush furnishings, and oversized windows with stunning views. The master suite sits on the main level, and offers a plush bed, private fireplace and deck access. In the master bathroom, a deep soaking tub and steam shower create a luxurious oasis. Three guest bedrooms are perched on the upper level, boasting elegant furnishings and luxurious private bathrooms. On the lower level, three more superbly decorated bedrooms offer guests a good night’s rest while in the media room (eighth bedroom), there are several Murphy beds designed to accommodate added guests.
