Convenience, comfort and space are the highlights of the Timber Ridge Residence. This 4,500 square foot private home rental sits right on the slopes in a wooded setting on the Snowmass Ski Resort. Guests of the Timber Ridge Residence with intermediate skiing abilities enjoy easy access to the slopes via the private Guggenheim trail that sits alongside the home, while the beginners in the group can take a short walk to the end of the street to access the Adams Avenue ski trail which is about 175 yards away. Featuring four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, multiple living areas and a bonus loft, the Timber Ridge Residence is ideally equipped to accommodate groups of up to twelve guests.

Designed for entertaining, the main level living room offers a huge sofa centered on a fireplace and flat screen television. With seating for eight, the adjacent dining table separates the living area from the gourmet kitchen which boasts granite countertops and upscale appliances including a double oven and double dish washers. While the adults are entertaining in the living room the kids can play in the large family room which has a seating area and television as well as access to the deck. An elevator joins the multiple floors.

A variety of bedding is offered to sleep up to twelve guests in four bedrooms, the family room, and a small loft. Well appointed, the master suite is on the first floor and features a King bed with a gas fireplace, access to a private hot tub plus a private bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and steam shower. The second master suite with a King bed is on the upper level. Another bedroom is furnished with a King bed and the fourth bedroom has two Twin beds. Privacy is afforded in the family room which has a pocket door and King Murphy bed. Additional bedding is located in the loft which holds a Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bedrooms as well as the family room have private bathrooms and televisions. There is a second ten person hot tub for the group to relax in addition to the hot tub off of the master suite.
