Pine Ridge Residence is perched on the Snowmass Mountain overlooking the Two Creeks Ski runs with spectacular views of the Snowmass Valley and the slopes just a quarter mile up the road. Massive windows afford panoramic views from the living room of this five bedroom plus den, five and a half bathroom private Snowmass residence that comfortably accommodates groups of up to twelve.

On the main level guests can entertain in the great room which features a huge sunken living room with vaulted ceilings and designer furnishings set in front of a wood-burning stone fireplace. A gourmet kitchen includes upscale appliances and granite countertops is open to the adjacent dining area and living room allowing everyone in the group to gather while the chef in the family prepares dinner. While the adults are entertaining in the great room, the kids can enjoy a movie in the lower level family room which offers a large screen television and office area. After a day of fun on the slopes relaxing in the indoor sauna or private hot tub is sure to be a favorite activity for everyone in the group.

Five bedrooms are distributed throughout the home offering a variety of bedding that suites multiple families as well as large groups of friends and couples. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with King beds including the main level master suite. Two of the King bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a bedroom that is equipped with two Queen beds as well as a Bunk Room that includes two sets of bunks. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and televisions.
