Just off of the living room is a formal dining area with seating for ten, a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and upscale appliances, and a breakfast nook surrounded by windows with bench seats beneath. A few steps down on the opposing side of the fireplace is a second living area with a comfortably appointed sitting area set in front of the stone fireplace. Another living area offers comfortable seating and an entertainment system, the perfect place for the kids to watch a movie.
