Overlooking the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliance and a breakfast island seating 2, an adjacent countertop bar with seating for 2 additional guests, and the dining area off to the side with seating for 6 guests. Step through French doors to the den/office area located in the front of the home with a private deck.

Furnished with a Queen bed, the main level bedroom has a unique loft area accessed by a ladder, access to a private deck, and utilizes a hall bathroom shared with the living space. Two bedrooms on the mid-level share a full bathroom in the hall, one is equipped with a Twin bunk bed plus a Twin Trundle while the other offers a Queen bed. The master suite on the mid-level is outfitted with a King bed and includes a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk-in shower.
