Full Description

Captivating views of the San Juan mountains frame the living area of this 4 bedroom private vacation home with 6 bathrooms, creating the most inviting space for relaxing and entertaining. Two sitting areas in the living room offer designer furnishings with a sofa and chair set-up arranged around the impressive stone double-sided fireplace providing warmth and ambiance inside and out on the patio. Chefs in the group will love the gourmet kitchen appointed with high-ed appliances, polished stone countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. The adjacent dining area is equipped with seating for 6 guests.

Meander downstairs to find the theater room with an oversized wrap-around couch and large screen TV with soundproofing curtains to really enjoy the space. Take in the mountain views from the balcony or while playing at the card table after grabbing a drink from the wet bar. Relax in the sauna, reset in the steam room, gather around the fire pit, or splash into the oversized hot tub with unparalleled views of the San Sophia Range.

Four bedrooms are distributed over multiple levels to accommodate up to 12 guests. Two upper level bedrooms are appointed with King beds and private bathrooms, one also boasts access to a private balcony. Also on the upper level, the bunk room is equipped with two sets of built-in Captain's Bunks offering a Queen on the bottom and Twins on the top plus a private bathroom. Located off of the family room on the lower level is third King bedroom with a private bathroom.
